Project Process

#3 Detailed Design and Analysis

#4 Design Review and Approval
Make necessary revisions based on feedback. Submit design documents to relevant authorities for permits and approvals.
#5 Construction Monitoring
Ensure project adherence to design and resolve any issues.
#6 Project Completion
Issue Producer Statements 4 (PS4) - Construction Review for Code Compliance Certificate application.
Certificate of Acceptance (CoA) for unconsented building work.
Unconsented building work can impact the building’s occupancy, sale, and insurance.
